They didn't bother to call and remind me when my month was up. They decided to just steal my stuff, instead. Also, I would have been able to pick it up on time if I'd knowm they were open weekends. Their website says they are not open on weekends, which is a blatant lie. These people are dishonest. Don't ever deal with them.

Used for almost two years as a secondary address, until I just didn't need it. They give REAL address mailboxes (NOT PO Box) and they are always polite and nice, didn't lose a single letter or package in all that time.Recommended!

RE; Paul Abrams. I've been running that place for 19 years, we don't want people's stuff we rather have their money so I would keep your stuff for at least 6 months while trying to contact you before disposing of your items. Furthermore Paul moved in and out within 30 days and weekend hours are/were posted on our website

Excellent staff and storage facility! It's super clean and the guys are very helpful. I have had a locker there for a few years and it's so helpful to keep not-frequently-used items there as opposed to finding space in my condo. Hours are good. Kudos to the team!!!

Very unprofessional staff. I started to get harassed by one employee about myself there. They lied on their website about temperature control. So cold inside could barely stand to be there for long periods of time. Then my friend and I were stalked through their video surveillance. There is a CrossFit gym beside the place and there is only a piece of wood used as a wall.Sometimes sounded like a party place. I do not recommend. No customer service.
