DO NOT USE - no customer support, unable to access post even though I know it was delivered with tracking number, they'll continue to charge you anyways!!

The service is well priced, mail is scanned quickly and the resolution is a high quality which has proved very useful. Their mail forwarding has been problem free when I've requested it. I have sent multiple emails asking for help and support. All messages have gone without reply. I'm not even convinced they are still in business. Unfortunately, I'm no longer likely to recommend eSnail.ca as the communications has been poor, and I'm not even clear how much (if any) mail I've missed in the last 4 months. Disappointed.

This company is a scam. They won't scan your mail. They won't answer your customer service requests. No contact with them after paying the subscription. Avoid at all cost.

Yes comparing prices they look OK. That is the only positive experience.I have paid 170$ for one year in August 2018. In August 2019 I saw on my visa 170. Oh I totally forgot about it because it end up I was actively using the service just for couple months. I send them the email and explained that I no longer need the service. No response from them. I don't have the proof of the email because the only way to contact them is thru web page. So I let it be it was my mistake I forgot to cancel it. Now in August 2020 they charged my visa 170 again. I send email again but no response. I had to call my visa to block them because seems that is the only way.

Very hard to talk to someone from the company. Awful comunication, they are very slow at forwarding important documents once requested and they don't acknowledge your contact requests. Pretty bad. Won't be subscribing for a 2nd month.

This is a great company I wish I knew about it years ago the only thing that is sorta not close on his website he say the address will be the email you get will say a pretty close but now different one then when I straight up emailed him asked him he stated a whole new address I even mailed myself a letter to try it out the first month should be free cause it take time for your customers out there to know your new address it does just happy over night so basically and not to mention I am a slower business but I never even got hte one I sent myself but if you had all that worked out wow this is a gold mine this would save so much in labour cost for mail rooms all types of things plus not the mention when I say every time I mean every single time I speak to the guy hes just more then beyond a nice guy!!! A++++++ with me here but just makes more sense having a free month or two to get it all moved over!!!
